Sales- & Project Management-Connect ↔ Events

Due to the positive response to last year's cross-company Sales Connect event, not only was it held again this year, but the concept was also directly implemented for our Project Management team as PMConnect@StramaGroup2023.

Over the last few weeks, around 40 colleagues from AuE Kassel, F & K DELVOTEC, Strama-MPS, Multinorm doo & Multinorm GmbH came together over two days in our "Theresienplatz" workshop area in Plant 2.

The evening before, everyone met for a get-together at the "Zum Bayerischen Löwen" restaurant before the following day was used for topic-specific presentations and creative workshop series to promote networking and synergies within the Strama Group.

A particular highlight of the Sales Connect event was that all colleagues from all international subsidiaries were present and were able to meet and exchange ideas face-to-face for the first time. In addition, our Managing Director Helmut Petzko was connected live from our Taicang site via video transmission and gave an outlook on the Strama Group's strategy.

The event was organised by our Technology Unit in close cooperation with our StramACADEMY.

A big thank you to all the speakers - we are already looking forward to a continuation in 2024!
