Our end-of-line test rigs for e-motors and e-axles were specially developed for the high demands of e-mobility. They can be used in development as well as in automatic series production. Equipped with different measuring systems, electrical and mechanical tests can be carried out. We apply our many years of experience in plant and mechanical engineering to the development and design.
High-quality and stable construction prevents twisting, vibrations and oscillations. This ensures precise measurements and conclusive testing with high reproducibility. In order to test as realistically as possible, we also simulate environmental situations such as temperatures between -55 and 200 degrees Celsius.
In addition to measuring system performance and load variations, torque and torque ripple tests, NHV tests and winding testing as well as high-voltage and insulation tests can be carried out.
