Well-trained employees are the foundation of a company. We offer a wide variety of safety training courses to ensure that your employees are kept up to date and use their knowledge effectively. We draw upon the large number of standard training courses or we develop together with you the suitable solution in a workshop.

Risk assessment is legally the central document for the design and building of a machine. Together with your employees, our moderators prepare a comprehensive risk assessment on a practice-oriented basis. On request, we provide supporting advice.

By regular inspection any defects as well as attrition on the machine on the machine can be rapidly identified and remedied at an early stage. The stop time measurement serves for the validation of the safety distance calculated in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13855. We carry out the measurement and prepare a measurement report for your machine documents after measuring. We attach a label to the machine showing the most important data.

Every machine needs a documentation in conformity with the specifications of the Machinery Directive. We prepare a legally compliant documentation incl. operating instructions, supplier documentation, drawings and parts lists. Needless to say, in several languages and according to the customer’s requirements. We also offer our advice for CE questions and assist in preparing the Declaration of Conformity.
