Our expertise in the build-to-print process enables you to have mechanical engineering products manufactured precisely according to your technical drawings, design data and parts lists.
Our range of services not only includes the construction of complete assembly and testing lines in project volumes of up to €50 million and more, but also the targeted contract manufacturing of individual parts, assemblies and devices for all industries.
It goes without saying that we can also make changes and adaptations to your existing engineering and data set, ensuring that your system is always state of the art.
We can be your reliable partner for all industries, multiplying your product with enormous efficiency.
Within our assembly halls, we have both a clean room and an ESD-compliant hall floor covering an area of 11,000 m². This means that you can also manufacture initial sample products on the built systems under conditions as close as possible to series production quality in our company before the system is delivered to you.
With an annual turnover of up to €60 million, we emphasise our extensive experience in the build-to-print sector.
Through our group of companies, we offer enormous efficiency without having to rely on external partners and utilise the synergies of the Strama Group to enable attractive pricing.
Our established process landscape and precise parts list tracking guarantee maximum efficiency and transparency in all projects. We are proficient in almost all common control platforms (PLC and robotics).
Highest precision is our standard and our comprehensive process expertise covers all common technologies. Rely on our strengths and utilise our advantages for your next build-to-print project.
High in-house production depth and extensive production options within the Strama Group:
We offer flexible and efficient structures, an attractive cost mix thanks to mixed costing and enormous performance:
We are also happy to offer you support with process development and commissioning together with our in-house process experts. Our quality experts in our laboratories also carry out in-house analyses, e.g. micrographs, microscope analyses and more.
During the build-to-print process, we receive a complete data set from our customers consisting of drawings, parts lists, circuit diagrams and software. This data record is entered into our PDM system and the machine is returned to its original structure. The assemblies are automatically sent to procurement via tickets.
In accordance with the customer's specifications, we order the purchased quantities from the subcontractors and manufacture the parts to be produced in our production facility. Our daily tracking of assemblies and subcomponents allows project management to view the status of procurement at any time.
After successful procurement, the assemblies are pre-assembled and joined together to form the complete system. The cabling is carried out in accordance with the E-plan provided. Once assembly is complete, commissioning of the machine begins. Until the final acceptance, we involve you as our customer intensively in order to pass on optimisations in the data record for future versions.
