FZG gear test rig
The FZG gear test rig is a testing machine with power circuit. The drive gearbox and the test gearbox are frictionally engaged by two torque shafts. Shaft 1 is equipped with a clutch so that the load can be applied.
The temperature in the test rig can be preset and controlled. The test rig is driven by an electric motor.
Its speed is 1500 rpm. The variable-seed test rig allows speeds from 100 to 3000 rpm and two directions of rotation. The load can either be applied by means of a weight system, the tension ratchet or an automatic clamping system.
