Digitalisation in everyday working life & the path to climate neutrality

As part of our junior staff development programme, with the aim of networking in our #StramaGroup, an interdisciplinary group worked on these two topics as a final project.

The teams, consisting of colleagues from Strama-MPS and AuE Kassel, examined issues such as processes, tools and digital optimisation potential as well as aspects of avoiding, reducing and offsetting our company's emissions.

They developed recommendations for short-term and long-term implementation options, which they presented to our management and unit managers.

An open exchange at eye level, which ended after the presentations with a dinner in a relaxed atmosphere and joint networking.
